Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and do not use animal-derived ingredients.
Do you sell wraps individually?
No - All wraps are final sale and NOT sold separately. We’re unable to switch wraps once an order is placed, so please double-check your cart before checking out. Make sure to select only one wrap per cup, any extras will be refunded
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to help.
Snow Globes
What is a snow globe cup?
A snow globe cup is a handmade tumbler that contains liquid and floating glitter, or shapes sealed inside the walls of the cup. When shaken, the contents swirl like a snow globe, creating a fun and eye-catching effect.
How do I order a snow globe cup?
To create a custom, one-of-a-kind snow globe cup, visit our Made to Order section and add a Snow Globe Cup to your cart. From there, select your preferred flow style, choose your color(s) for the liquid and glitter, and then pick a wrap design if desired. Wraps are optional—if you prefer a snow globe cup without a wrap, you may select the cup alone.
Why is there an air bubble in my snow globe?
A small air bubble is necessary in snow globe cups to prevent pressure build-up during shipping. This is completely normal and keeps your cup safe
Can I put hot drinks in a snow globe cup?
No. Snow globe cups are designed for cold beverages only. Heat can cause the liquid inside the walls to expand and may damage the seal.
Are snow globe cups dishwasher safe?
No, hand wash only
Why is the glitter settled in my snow globe cup?
Over time, the liquid inside may thicken slightly, which can slow the movement of the glitter. Gently shaking the cup usually restores the flow.
Are your snow globe cups handmade?
Yes! Each snow globe cup is individually handmade. Because of this, slight variations in glitter placement or flow are normal and make each cup unique.
What materials are used to make the cups?
Our snow globe cups are made using high-quality acrylic tumblers, cosmetic/food-grade glitter, and a sealed liquid mixture designed to allow smooth movement of the glitter.
How should I clean my snow globe cup?
Snow globe cups should be hand washed only. Do not place them in the dishwasher or soak them in water. Gently wash the inside of the cup with warm water and mild soap.
Can I put my cup in the freezer or microwave?
No. Do not freeze or microwave snow globe cups, as extreme temperatures can cause damage or leaks.
Can the cup leak over time?
Leaks are rare, but can occur if the cup is dropped, exposed to extreme temperatures, or improperly handled. Please follow care instructions to extend the life of your cup.
Are snow globe cups safe to drink from?
Yes. The liquid and glitter are fully sealed within the walls of the cup and never come into contact with your drink. The inside of the cup is food-safe.
Are the cups leak-proof?
Yes. Each cup is carefully sealed and tested before shipping. However, because they are handmade, we recommend gentle handling and avoiding excessive pressure or dropping.
Sublimation
What is sublimation?
It's a method of transferring a design onto an object or fabric using special ink and heat.
How do I order a sublimation Tumbler or Mug?
To create a custom sublimation tumbler or mug, visit our Made to Order section and add your desired tumbler or mug to your cart. From there, select a design from the made to order section to view a mockup of how your finished item will look. A design must be added to your cart at checkout—orders without a selected design will be refunded.
What are the tumblers made out of?
Double-wall, vacuum insulated, stainless steel. They hold 20oz and are BPA Free.
What are the mugs made out of?
Ceramic - 15oz
Can they be put in the dishwasher?
Can be placed in the dishwasher, however repeated washing may cause the design to fade over time. Handwashing helps preserve the brightness and longevity of the sublimated design
Candles / Wax Melts
Are your candles and wax melts safe to use?
Yes, when used as directed. Always burn candles within sight, keep them away from children and pets, and follow proper candle care instructions. Wax melts should only be used in approved wax warmers.
Are your candle jars reusable or recyclable?
Yes! Once the candle is finished, jars can be cleaned and reused or recycled. Simply remove any remaining wax and wash with warm, soapy water.
How do I burn my candle for the first time?
On the first burn, allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.
Do I need to trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn. This helps prevent soot, keeps the flame at a safe height, and extends the life of your candle.
How long will my candle burn?
Burn time varies by candle size, but most candles burn for approximately 50-70 hours. For best results, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling occurs when a candle isn’t burned long enough during use. If this happens, you can fix it by wrapping foil around the top of the jar (leaving an opening for the flame) and allowing the wax to fully melt.
Why does my candle smell different when lit?
Some fragrance notes become more noticeable when warmed by the flame. This is normal and part of how layered scents develop while burning.
How do I remove old wax from my wax warmer?
Turn off the warmer and allow the wax to cool slightly. Once solid, gently pop it out. You can also place the dish in the freezer for easier removal.
Why is there black soot on my jar?
Soot can occur if the wick is too long or if the candle is exposed to drafts. Trimming the wick and burning the candle in a draft-free area can help prevent this.
How long do wax melts last?
Wax melts typically last 6–12 hours per cube, depending on the scent and room size. You’ll know it’s time to change the wax when the fragrance fades.
How do I use wax melts?
Place one or two wax melt cubes into the dish of a wax warmer and turn it on or light the tea light below. As the wax melts, it will release fragrance into the room.

What are your room sprays used for?
Our room sprays are perfect for freshening up living spaces, bathrooms, bedrooms, linens, cars, and more. They provide an instant burst of fragrance wherever you need it.
How long does the scent last?
Scent longevity varies depending on the fragrance and the space, but most sprays last anywhere from a few hours to an entire day. Reapply as needed for a fresh boost.
Are your room sprays safe to use around pets and children?
Our room sprays are made for home use, but we recommend spraying in well-ventilated areas and keeping bottles out of reach of children and pets. Avoid spraying directly on pets, people, or food.
Can I spray this on fabrics or linens?
Yes! Room sprays can be lightly misted onto linens, curtains, couches, or bedding. Always spot test first and avoid delicate fabrics.
What ingredients are used in your room sprays?
Our room sprays are made with high-quality fragrance oils and a room-safe base designed for home use.
How should I store my room spray?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to maintain fragrance quality.
Are these the same as essential oil sprays?
No. Our room sprays are fragrance-based, not essential oil blends.
How often can I use the room spray?
You can use the spray as often as you like. A few sprays are usually enough to refresh a space.
